Document Signed, 1  2/3 pages,, folio, Head-Quarters Seward Infantry, 103rd Regiment N.Y.S.V. imprint , Camp Parke near Falmouth, Va. Aug.10,1862 pertaing to nominations in regiment. Written and signed by the Major Commanding the 103rd Regiment New York Volunteers, Benjamin Ringold (MWIA Suffolk, VA 5/3/63.
