Abraham C. Myers (1811-89), QM General, CSA. Highest ranking Jewish Confederate officer. Post-war, he was a tobacco merchant in Georgia.

Autograph Note Signed (ANS), 1 page (3"x8"), Conyers (GA), 7/21/70 written in dark pencil to Mr. J. R. Herndon, and  pertains to sending $150.00 dollars. 

The note is accompanied by a 3 1/2 page ALS (Autograph Letter Signed) in ink also written to Mr. J.R. Herndon. It is from Danielsville (GA),  dated 7/25/70. The letter is signed with his initials (A.C.) and pertains to a tobacco sale. and others. The $150.00 sent from Conyers is mentioned in the letter.
