F, 174th Pennsylvania Infantry) writes in dark ink about moving to St. Helena Island, having a grand review by Genls. Hunter & Negley, "...They had a draft in this town the other day to draft every able bodied nigger. Yesterday they hunted them up, they gathered them up in droves like Sheep.
