Edward F. Shaw (Co. E, 84th New York Infantry, who deserted from the hospital) and William C. O'Donnell (Co. H, 84th New York Infantry).
The document is signed by Drake DeKay with his usual large signature. DeKay had served on the staffs of Generals Mansfield, Pope and Hooker.
Some edge splits, otherwise fine.
