Document Signed (panel) pertaining to reporting for duty on the USS "Monticello" , Oct. 9th, 1863.
The document also bears the signtures of Rear Admiral Cornelius Stribling (commanded the Philadelphia Navy Yard until 9/63 and then the East Gulf Blockading Squadron during the Civil War), and William T. Truxtun (North Carolina actions including Fort Fisher).
